Facts, Terms and conditions For Pony Party booking's.

Please read carefully the information below as there are some things to consider before making a booking with us...

* We don't necessarily need a large area but we do require a safe and a suitable area to conduct the pony rides.

( Please ask us if unsure)

* We ask that the riding area be away from other animals (including horses).

* Keep in mind that we will need to have easy access to maneuver our horse float and unload the ponies.

*Public Parks and reserves, we may need permission prior to booking. ( this will be your responsibility to find this out & the steps to gain permission) We are happy for you to pass on our details for this where needed.

*Long distance travel may incur a Travel fee.

* A deposit amount of $100 will be required to secure your booking with the remaining amount to be finalised the day before the event.

* We allow cancellations up to three weeks prior to booking. Cancellations after this time will lose the deposit fee.

* We have the right to cancel due to extreme weather or any unsafe conditions. This includes traveling to the venue. In this situation you will have a choice to reschedule or have the total amount refunded or deposit can be transferred to one of our other pony activities.

* We have set an age minimum of 4 years for our riding ponies. ( It's a fair drop if your little one were to tumble off for any reason)

with the maximum age 10 years.

Please note we do make allowances for slightly older children. But have a strict weight maximum of 55 kilos. We will have this stipulated through signage, but we do request that event organisers/ parents pass this on to participants for the day. This is in place to avoid potential injury of a child or one of our ponies.

We ask that you please respect this. We do have an option to hire our small mini petting pony for the littlies instead.

* With more than 10 children we ask that an adult/parent be present to help supervise children around the ponies. Smaller children ask that a parent be there to help guide the child onto the pony's back.

* Professional horse safety Helmets are supplied by us and are to be worn for each ride.

Helmets are sterilised and checked for lice before and after each event. But not between each ride ( hair nets are provided to help as a preventive).

* We are public liability insured and Adult staff hold a working with the vulnerable peoples card.

Risk assessment/ Safety plan can be provided for event organisers upon request.
